Well Kammy's character Ponce kinda inspired this guy. Been kicking the idea around for a while and finally sketched it up.

Along the rivers of a nearly endless forest in South America are said to dwell a tribe of otters. They have lived there since before the war. It is said that they guard a great secret that they have only shared with a select few. It is said that they remain eternally young. None among them older then a teenager. These are the Guardians of the Fountain of Youth. Ever youthful themselves thanaks to it's effects and ever watchful. They warn those that seek the Fountain and care for and tend those who stumble across it.

"We make sure any that stumble into the Fountain are cared for. Looked after. If possible returned home. We're not always successful but we try. " Said Joven the diaper clad otter who appeared no more then 13. "It is hard. The Fountain has several points at which it's waters flow. That is why we sometimes are unaware of others."
