It happened in an instant, so inebriated by vodka and peanuts that he couldn't tell up from down any longer. All he knew was that he was cold and drowning in sensation. The lights were garishly bright and the murmured conversations about the room resounded in his ears like jungle drums. The body sitting next to his was slowly coming closer, but whether it was moving or he was the culprit, he honestly couldn't say. He moved his lips, a futile attempt to verbalize something, anything that might clarify the sudden motion and sound and fury.

Finally able to separate his tongue from his palette and force air from his stagnant lungs, he uttered the one phrase that he hoped might shed light on his Delphian world.

"Alfred... are you attempting to kiss me?"

Anyhow, Alfred and Ivan in an ice bar, because ice bars are fantastically wondrous. They've been in there so long even Ivan is starting to feel the affects of the alcohol... time to go home, I might suggest. And that is a bottle of Vodka that Alfred is holding, in case you can't read the bottle's engraving.
