A few days later Shiva could finally leave the infirmary and we went into the woods to play and practice flying. She was so excited that she even eminated some pulsing green light - it looked so funny seeing her jumping around like that! She was too young to fly but tried very hard to do so. After a while, we heard some kind of music coming from not far away. I walked into the direction of the sound and there he was again - the guy I saw at the arcade. He was all alone sitting on a rock holding an instrument and sang. When Shiva started to chirrup with the melody he stopped and looked over to us. "Oh, hey! I wasn't expecting someone to hear that!", he said slightly worried. "Why? This is beautiful! I mean, I don't know this song but it sounds great!", with these words I walked closer to him. "To be honest, I don't even know what this thing is!", I babbled pointing at his guitar. "You kidding?", a quick smile showed his white teeth. "Well, the song, it's Santa Monica. I love it! Not many know that Chad Kroeger had a music label for other bands besides Nickelback!" I had no idea what he was talking about, but I sat next to him and asked him to play it again! It felt like a dream back then, the two of us sitting there together on this sunny day in April (... with Shiva running around hunting worms, but well! xD) Once he finished the song he opened a bag of these gummy like beans again. "I am Blake, by the way!", he said offering me some of the beans. "My name is Chiosa. What are these?"
"You need to try them! They're called Jelly Beans.", he replied. My heart was beating faster when I took some of them while looking at Blake. And that moment, they tasted like the best thing I've ever had!
