Description i took out to an old burnt out farmhouse today.
and amongst the overgrown yard were a few arum lilies.

although the plant is incredibly robust and noxious in it's ability to choke swamp systems, the flower is incredibly frail and the slightest touch will bruise the flower and it will begin to yellow.

special thanks to tiff for holding her camera bag as a nice black backdrop for the image.

we used to put dye in water and make then turn different colours. cool fun flowers
