Description his hair is really blue though oops. it's supposed to be almost black.
I had a background for it but i realized it would take 20 forevers to finish so i just got a photo. i really wanted to stop working on this xD

I think you need to work on your hands, if his hand is splayed like that, there is no way that cigarette can stay there. Unless it's stuck to his finger. <:3 You might need a bit of practice.

Sweeet. I love how you can take one thing and creatively turn it into something else, in this case your OC dude just chillin' out in a back alley. Norm's pretty cool, I dig the design...and actually the blue hair suits him well.
