Latest work, once again for my illustration course.I'm rather fond of this one... I think it does its job in reflecting torture. *half-hearted laugh*

It's an interstellar kick ass pic for sure. It sort of reminds me of that scene in the first Legacy of Kain game where the guy is sewing his own eyes shut.

I've heard from a TV show that "Envy is the Granddaddy of all sins." . I'm not sure if it's true?
But, yeah. I'm sure, though, that you earned this Daily Deviation, due to having done a really stunning job on your artwork.

I personally think envy is one of the worse sins, that can lead you down the road to lust, wrath, and greed. However many will disagree and say pride is the worst. I suppose its just how you interpret the sins in given situations.

True. Like, for example, a man not wanting to be merciful to another being could be as much a sinner as someone who envies someone else.

Apparently every sin has an animal associated (lust-cow, greed-frog, wrath-bear, ect.) and for envy it is the dog, along with the punishment in hell being the eyes sown shut. I thought it would be fitting.
