10 mins of the migratory birds on the Wash estuary chasing the tide in and out. Would have liked to have seen the whole episode.

I said I would visit the Wash this winter, so will try in the Spring.
Visited Hickling Board today on the way to Yarmouth to see the cranes. None to be seen.

I popped over to Pensthorpe a couple of times in the last few days, saw wild cranes fly in both times , obviously attracted by the kept birds.

It's good that you have Pensthorpe close by. I can get to landscape but miss the wildlife without having to travel.

Thanks Norman, took my Daughter to Banham, was quite foggy here to start but by around 10.30 when we got to the zoo it was clear, unfortunately the windows to view some of the animals like the tigers were condensated so you could hardly see through them let alone shoot, by the afternoon they were dry but grimey, have not checked my images yet but doubt they will be any good.
May got to Thrigby tomorrow !

Had a nice time at Thrigby and got a couple of nice shots of the Tigers.
I was really enthralled to get a snarl from one of them, i was at the top of the staging and less than a foot away from a Tiger, he was laying down with his back to me and turned his head and gave me a snarrrrrl and let me see all of his teeth, damn i was grinning
