Meh, I'm not sure about this one either. It's hard to take simplified characters and try to elaborate on their features. There's a ton of different directions to go in.

Compared to that, I think there are advantages here. I think the eyes and eyebrows are in the right direction. Lucy and Tabitha are generally most often with Annie, so it's even more important that they are unique.

I'm not sure about the nose and lips. Lucy is usually drawn with big lips, and I was trying to give her a nose that looked different from the others. Does she look maybe not cute enough, and too sexy (if sexy and cute were different measures of attractiveness)?

If I tried to break down Lucy into a few elements, it would be- red hair, glasses, freckles, roundish face, big eyes, big lips.
