She's not even a real character. She's a character in a one-on-one fighting video game that appears in a web comic. She's a little like Mai Shiranui meets Sub-Zero.For anyone who's read PeEVEed, she's the Blue Ninja. She did have a name, but I don't remember if it was mentioned in the comic.
