Oka I've looked through all of your gallery and your ID is still the one that impresses me the most. XD
First of all, I totally suck at drawing dragons, reptiles or whatever, so kudos to you for that!!!
I noticed the range of colours you used on this reptile. Not many colors are there but little touches here and there makes quite an effect because of the black skin of the latter. For my part, I think I prefer the lime green parts because it shows a higher constrast compared to the other minor colors.
I can't quite understand very well what is the pose of the dragon though, it's quite messy on the upper part of it. (Welll after spending some time looking at it, I figured out but at first it's kind of difficult 
If I were you I would have cleaned up the lines a little as when you look at the back it seems sketchy.
