Don't mistake him for an Angel. Cupid is the Roman God of Desire. Born from the Goddess of Love, Venus and the God of Destruction, Mars. He is often depicted as a baby or a young man, who was granted the power to bring romantic desire to mortals through his bow and arrows. Though, he sees this power of his as a curse and torture. For once, did he feel love from another, and when it was taken from him, he saw his role as the giver of desire as punishment. For now, he is forced to spread love wherever it may spark, and be the symbol of it every Valentine's Day. But he has to live with the fact that he may never find love on his own.

I know I'm a day late with this opportunity. But, I was not gonna let it go to waste in drawing this guy. Came out alright, simple enough. I like to think that skirt of his is a little see through and his bow helps to cover what little it hides. 😁 Now, no one will ever look at him the same way again.
