Indeed. Out society's double standards are ridiculous, makes me question whether or not women will ever, truly be, equals with men. Being born female has always, and will forever be, a curse.

Right, that's understandable.
We're still a lot better off in--well I don't know what country you're from, but I live in the U.S.--than in other countries where women aren't much more than property. I can say that while there's still sexism in modern society, it's a process. Prejudice against anything is a never-ending process, really. It'll never go away. But hey, you take what you can get.

I live in the US too, but to me, it doesn't matter where I live. In another country, you and I would be like dirt sticking to the bottom of a man's shoe. The female gender has always been stepped on, kicked around, and beaten up. We shape and change the world, for the better and for worse. The living conditions of others matters to me, and I would like to hopefully be able to impact our world so that people from every classification can be accepted and treated as equals, as it should be
