Hi i'm from Project comment and this is a really good piece! You know, looking at this picture makes me think of my art! I draw things just like this! I think this is really cute and a really nice picture! I like the way you did the moon, and the light shining down on the character that you drew. I also like the way you did the sky, and the clouds in it, and also has that beautiful shaded light like the moon. I like the way you did the grass too! I am a traditional artist who, like I said, draw things like this, so you can check out my gallery! But this piece is not traditional, it is digital! I look at digital art as my inspiration, and this piece right here is really good for digital art! I really like this piece, and it is really good! Also, I like the eyes and the cheeks that you made blush on her. I like everything about this picture, and keep up the good work! This is a really nice picture! I also see you did the same light as you did with the moon and the sky, and even with the character too! Shading is one of the greatest techniques that make pictures look as if they were realistic! Really nice piece!

I like the overall mood of the picture: it is a bit mysterious, a bit playful (largely because of Angelia's posture and facial expression). I am not going to comment in detail on her anatomy, as she is clearly a cartoon character.
My main topic here would be colors. The overall combination is very pleasant: green with pink and purple as well as some yellow is a good choice, altough there is room for imporvement in handling more subtle color variation. Now you are operating maily with local colour, which is ok for decorative work, but doesn't work for anything 
I love the rich color of the sky, and this gradient gives a nice feeling of a late evening. The clouds are pretty convincing, but a bit uniform: the four cloids have rouhly the same size, shape and color. Usually the clouds closer to the horizon are 'flatter' than the ones higher up, they also tend to be darker than the sky behind them, whereas the higher clouds are (usually) lighter than the sky. For the reasons of compositions you might also make the main cloud in the upper left corner larger and maybe get rid of all the other clouds possibly adding a thin dark cloud just above the horizon.
The sky is something that defines the general color scheme, so all the colours should be influenced by its color: in every green, yellow and white there would be sky color in the shadows. For the illuminated part, I'd suggest to make the moon a bit yellowish and then the moonlight will have a slight yellowish tint (although moonlight still will be cooler than fireflies).
Under such a sky green grass would have almost no green in it, but would have a lot of tones from the surrounding bluish-purple sky. The trick to make grass look green is just to hint that it is green. You may put reddish or purplish tones next to cool gray or blueish tones near a warmer gray. All of this together will help to create an illusion of green grass.
The same is true for her clothes, although they would have more of a local color, because they are directly under moonlight.
In general do not be afraid of shadows, they are what give depth to paintings, use the darkest tones in the surrounding for the shadows (in this case ultramarine blue, mixed with whaterver local color you have (for the lighter colors like yellow) or just plain blue (for green).
Ok... Maybe I should stop here. I hope I was clear, do not hesitate to ask questions.

Hello~ I saw your art at ProjectComment !
First off, what i think you did right: The background is great! and you also have a good style :>
And now to the critiques; i'm going to criticize you on these things: Proportions, color, shading and background~
Proportions: The proportions are good for a sonic character, i don't have too many things to talk about the proportions, but it would be nice if you gave her a neck.
Colors: As i see, this character isn't yours, you did a surprisingly well job at coloring her! The only thing that bothers me is the yellow/gold color, it's too bright, i see that you used pencils (i think it's pencils, if they're copic markers, then i don't know), and i have a tip for you: for lighter colors instead of pressing hard on the paper, try and press lighter for a more lighter color.
Shading: The shading is kinda weird, why does she has dark shading on the left sides of her shoes and in the rest of the body, and shading on the right side of her face? a simple way of geting rid of this problem is stablishing a light sourse, if the moon is on the right, then the shading sould be on the left. And talking about shading, i think that the character should be darker, because the rest of the piece is kind of darker, it would make the picture much more appealing :>
Background: As i said, the background is great, but there's still need for improvement. I see that you used the photoshop grass brush, but i would advising not using it, it can turn out kind lazy (only the grass and hair brushes make pictures kinda lazy, the rest is fine on my eyes). The moon doesn't send that much light to eart, so those lighting lines that you put are kind of pointless, but there's a way to fixing it: insted of the light going that far, make the moon glow just a bit, and it would look fine. The rest of it is fine!~ :>
