Description
After a little insident I decided I wanted to completely redesign her with a totally unique outfit! I kept the colours and slight concept from her old outfit but I adore this new outfit. I wanted to make it a bit more steampunk inspired so I hope that came through ^^

Anyways I am just going to copy and paste the bio.

Bio:

Personality: Liily is a very happy and playful Lockette. She get's along with most people but she is very naive and comes off a bit stupid and annoying at times. She loves meeting people and being social, she always wants to have a friend by her side. But this makes her an easy target to be manipilated and used. She never lives through the war so her thoughts on humans is neutral.

Likes: She enjoys music, mostly singing since, but she knows how to play the violin and piano. She also love birds, she always enjoys watching them fly and interact. Another thing she loves, is rain. Anytime it starts pouring she will run outside just to get drenched. And finally, she adores her friends, always trying to hang around them.

Dislikes: She is not fond of excerise, she dislikes sweating and the heat of it. She is also not find of being alone, she will always find someone to hang our wih, even if they just sit in silence.

Other: Sometimes wear the mask that is in her hat. Can remove the heel part of her boots for when she needs to run. Likes to poke people with her staff when she's bored.
