Kira has many etymologies, but the Greek interpretation is 'Beam of Light', and I just found so appropriate!Kira is a really adorable character, she almost gives you hope that there still good in the world.

I agree, "Beam of Light" fits her very well and she is an adorable character. I had to think of the Japanese etymology ("Killer") when I first read her bio, and... nah. Just not it. Right?

I see some differents when i zoom in but i dont know how you color in the first place

Oh, depends a lot. On hair I usually start from the darkest hue to the lighter, while skin I start with the midtone and add lights and shadows d'accord to the light source. Clothing is a Β bit more complex, the shading style depends on what kind of texture you want to present. The way you shade leather is different to the way you shade velvet, etc,etc. Understanding of colors is also mandatory to deliver a good piece, but I think that you can only really learn that with observing studies on real life.(same with light and shadow)
But the best thing is not copying, but creating your own style 
I based my own on so many artists that I'm just happy to have something that pleases me completely and is solely my ;D

I have mostly a hard time where to put the shade or light fall and shadows i know where to put them but i always end up over doing it a bit
I am not really pleases with my talent but i can say that i slowly started to uhm accepted it since i am still mixing things from other artists
I actually really wanted to have a more realistic art style but since it is so out of my reach i try to create a more simpler anime style
series like The world god only knows and Hidan no Aria i am going to try to make a style like that cause it is easyer to started with something simple i think
