“Thank you… Thank you….” The Beast grabbed the hem of Ariadne’s skirt as that pale girl stood up. Despite the fact that The Beast was groveling at the feet of another, for the first time in a long time, she felt human.
The Beast finally felt like Lenora.

I do be writing a story about a nasty little demon child. Pretty proud of this. I'm experimenting with more abstracted backgrounds with minimal detail without making them blank sheets of color.
