Epione once created humanity, long before demons and cursed miasma existed. Though the world she ruled was not without suffering, her compassion filled that void, and the Children Of Genesis that she loved dearly protected the world as well. She invented magic, and when the Jealous God descended on her faithful, she gifted them with her light to protect their souls. Every spell one casts are blessings given by her. When the day comes, she will return to earth and liberate humanity from her brother and his twisted creations. Though the mainstream church states that she and her brother are the only gods, the Basin also recognizes the Children Of Genesis as gods, with Soteria being the most respectable of them all.

This is Epione, another character from Maid Of Light, the story I'm slowly working on. She's the goddess they celebrate in their religion! This is my third attempt at making a design for her, and so far it's the one I like the most. There should technically be two different designs for her, but I haven't made the other one yet.
