Description So this time around I decided to revisit drawings of my characters I made years ago to see how much I've improved. Personally, I think my hard work shows, but of course, I can always get better. At least now I know enough to make action lines flow much better and not to rely on manga styles (or to make Tybalt a damn bishie, for God's sake). My, I was a naive child. Anyway, onward to 2013!

I think what's most impressive here is the growth in expression, poses, and angles. Seriously, you've added so much personality to the drawings that you don't need the dialogue to tell the story, and I think that's proof of an awesome picture

I like how you set mood with colors in the scenes you did. The one of the bottom is my favorite heehee. Love the poses too! The postures shows a lot of personality.

I love seeing how people's characters develop overtime or just even how they looked in old styles compared to the new improved styles~

Thanks! Oh yeah I definitely think the poses are better. Like, enormously improved. (Younger self: "What's an action line herpderp") And I really love seeing others' improvement, too. ---> bro you should totes post your old stuff too cuz I'm hella curious, jus' sayin'

I've been debating whether or not I should mention that if you venture back far enough in my dA gallery you'll find stuff as old as 2005... I warn you though, some drawings are best left unseennnnnnn.

this is awesome! i love the Casanova in the hot tub especially, and the kneeling hand-smoocher. their expressions are so smooth and sly and rawr. amazing, as always.


and what the hell do you have against bishies? they can't help being so pretty and chased around by sparkly flowers and wind that insists on blowing through their hair! DON'T HATE THEM BECAUSE THEY'RE BEAUTIFUL.

lol yeah over the years I've noticed he's becoming a fan favorite. The pattern continues...

haha I wouldn't say I hate bishies, per se; I just don't think Tybalt is meant to look so gorgeous. He's just a dirty little rat fink and doesn't deserve it. HE ISN'T WORTHY OF SUCH MAJESTY.
