I thinking about Xehep's visual "maggoty behavior". I was close to things I want to see under my pencil. But still, this isn't all that I would like to do.
+ I think about a waist of the creature with trained body-build but w/o guts already for long. It's easy to say but hard to draw. Maybe I'll use only strongly stylized way w/o a waist musculature....but it looks so strange even for me. Need more sketches;
+ archiving of certain character's traits and personal hints, to save all this from the oblivion of my forgetful mind.

I wanted to show the ambiguity of phrases the character can allow, mimics, and etc.

‣ Dialogue: A small silly strip, character's backstory related. Horned buddy tried to "cure", but made a "curse that cures but brings problems as well" and interlocutor's words mean "You tried to cure these people, but you cursed them with this “treatment”, how you dared". And both understand how awkward it sounds.

‣ Wounded part of the head: Right Xehep’s eye is unstable and light of the ball may diffuse/increase sometimes. Light is also visible through scar holes. Actually, I just like draw eyes. It’s a pleasure for my lazy brain.

This trait has a fairytale reference to "witch's devil/demons deal" and "haywire due to evil spirits". This is also part of the myth about this character, but, of course, this is only a local myth. And they have hair like hay.

Their almost good behavior based on two things: [ancient times] and own goals, occurred due to character's complexes of the past. Just as it was in pre-Houses times, Xehep and Xep's scions, as representatives of etta kind, are ambush-hunters [children pretend dead, Xehep's traps much more specific], but character's personality seeks for good. "Good" in their own perception of the word.

Periods:

‣The presence of roses isn't necessary for weird words and goals. Season only changes the number of cigarettes/poison drops that Xehep must use in a day to remain itself.

‣Sometimes this behavior manifests itself as random interference, sometimes Xehep uses an imitation of this behavior specifically, they have a sense of humor after all.

Speech:

‣The character saving their intelligence level, dictionary, etc. It's a reason why Xehep feels fear and acts carefully. They only saying strange/awkward/equivocal things, smiling queerly and humping often. But to engage in dialogue with them and avoid provocations is quite easy. Xehep behaves unaggressively till doesn't afraid of stranger's look, actions and words. Or till the one will succumb their sugar-sweet words and offers/ fall into the trap of "kindness". They see the interlocutor as a "beautiful flower pot". How would you behave if a flower pot spoke to you? Xehep behaves politely and certainly never use harsh words in such a state. Flower pots are cute, especially when they talking, why for scare them away.

‣“Not quite” - Xehep doesn't like to tell what exactly is happening in any state of their mind. But precisely in a good mood the frequency of using “not quite” will be extremely overestimated.

If we talk about the personal character's feelings. Xehep feels very good right-in-the-moment, warmed and confident. Not-in-the-moment is an awkward period of shame. But there's always something inside, says calming "everything is good".
