The fourth in my watercolour animal commission series. I had to use multiple sources of reference to get all the details for this shy monotreme (a warm blooded, egg laying marsupial) as there are so few good photos of platypuses!

Hey Barry! Thank you so much! I still have one left to post... I actually did them at the end of last year (I've only just got back onto DeviantArt and am posting again)... and the money I earned went straight to paying to print my two novels that I launched in February
