Shiela is an oddity of an entity. She comes and goes as she well pleases and appears whenever and whereever in time or space that she wants.

She was born in the vast vaccume of space and thats all she really knows.

Shes able to move through space at will and doesmt require oxygen or food to live.

Although she enjoys the act of eating none the less.

She likes to dwell around ponyville, making fun out of small places and things amd enjoys pranking the residents.

No one has every really seen her in person sadly. Maybe one day she will make an appearance to somepony.
