I Loved the movie and I just love the concept of duality and the struggle between good and evil too so thought a frozen AU could be awesome based on that theme too.
IT WOULD BE AN AWESOME PLOTWIST and really cool challenge for Disney to develop a character like that.

An interesting idea, so it's like she developed a split-personality. To be fair, she was probably mentally ill but had depression and/or an anxiety disorder (possibly social anxiety) not a split-personality. I think it's cool that Disney created a princess who struggles with mental illness rather than another princess who seems perfect, happy and unaffected by everything that's happened to her.

Firstly, the piece: both Elsas are very well executed, and the similarity between the two bespeaks of a good eye and good hand in the execution and re-execution. And yes, I did notice Elsa's effect on people's creativity: like begets like, and someone pointed out that Elsa was an artist (architect and beaux arts designer (clothes and furniture created for use as well as being works of art in themselves)). The whole point of DA is for artists to inspire artists, so no surprise there when it comes to Elsa.
I think we should keep with the theme of "Elsa as a good, but misunderstood, person" that eventually turned out to be the winning formula for Frozen, and instead argue that the other persona (Elsa-2) is also good, but has a different take on how a good person would handle the powers. The first persona can't handle the risk that comes with a "let it go/embrace who you really are" approach, and so labels the other as "evil", in the same way the Duke labelled Elsa, and in the process of labeling, created the situation that he (supposedly) didn't want and Elsa-1 didn't want. The other persona (Elsa-2) agrees there is a risk, but argues that it can be managed and reduced because they see it as a control/mastery issue.
Indeed, I can, right this moment, cite three different real-world issues that people in the United States are vigorously debating, and one side is implying that the other side is eeeevil because they (the first side) think the only way to eliminate the risk is to totally suppress what they perceive as the source of the problem, while the other side looks at it as a control/mastery/knowledge, and thus looks more reckless because control/mastery/knowledge requires you actually use the power in the process of gaining knowledge/mastery/control. If I actually mention the issues, I feel I'd be banned because the one side has painted the issue differently, and you probably hold to that one side's position, and the information campaign is calculated to instill a fear that blocks off rational consideration and discussion of what the other side is actually saying, rather than what the first side wants everyone to think the other side is saying.
Into this debate-about-the-debate comes Anna, who upon seeing Elsa-2, and what controlled use of her powers produce, utters the phrase "Woah Elsa, you look different, but its a good different!" And that's the issue: Elsa-2 is different from Elsa-1, but the drama in the movie is over whether it is a good different.

Not saying this in a bad way but actually right now I'm really confused, I'm not sure if you're reading too much in my intention behind the image or if you gave me your take and thoughts in the image/character. I drew this thinking on the original snow queen in literature who was a neutral character but in media she's either good OR bad; so I said heeeey let's make 2 in 1 elsa that way evil+good cancel each other out = neutral snow queen. It was just my dumb logic at it's best : ) that and my ly love for a janus like dimension in characters haha
