Design Commission for ~xSleepingForestx
Drawing twins á la Yin Yan style and failing humongously! They barely look like twins D:
I know you already approved of the sketches, Sleeping, but I hope you also like the end result c:
For the first design I imagined something bug-like after studying the roses in my garden (since you wanted thorny vines to drow out of her) and being annoyed by various bugs and a very nasty spiderweb (I like spiders, but I hate running face-first into spiderwebs). But something good came out of it after all because in the end I thought it would be neat to let her have spider-silk as a mane. Somehow like a veil that has some holes caused by various things. Only after finishing the sketch I realized that it reminded one of Chrysalis from MLP. I hope you don't mind that. D:
And for some reason I really wanted to add horns. ;w;
For the second design I was inspired by my air plant (as I already told you) and wanted somethign that didn't just stand in contrast colour-wise to the first design. So instead of sharp thorns and sharp-edged bug-like wings, I made rounded, feathered wings and the soft air plant. He also has feathers running over his whole back and shoulder since I thought this to be a nice touch. c: The mane is dark to contrast the silky bright mane of his sister, so that we have the Yin Yan symbolism going to at least a little extent. ;w;

If you want me to change anything, Sleeping, then just tell me. Otherwise I hope you like those two designs!
