Okay, so I have reached new levels of strange.This was inspired by a book called Faeries by Brian Froud and Alan Lee. It's so beautifully illustrated. I got it at a thrift shop, but I bet you could it on good ol' Amazon or something. There was an illustration that I really loved and I was inspired to do one just like it. But it looks very different. X3
Just a quick scribble! Gah, I reach to be like some of the dA artists and a quick scribble looks like a masterpiece. *o*

Ohhhh, I use pen very much. But not in this works. I use paintbrush in many many sizes and opacities!

Thank you thank you thank you! I swear, I just scribbled the skin in, on a low opacity, making it more opaque here, or there. I did different colours and some grey too. I'm not even sure the lighting makes sense.
