Question! Is custom character design like someone tells you what they would like in a character (colors, species, things like that) and then you design the rest and they pay you?
Also, if someone were to give you the species of a character and the colors that they want would you make that character for them? (with payment of course)

Hope this answers your questions, but to your first, yes, a character custom is when Li makes a design including things you state (Tribal design, ghost, etc)
To the second question, yes, you can ask them to make the design a specific species (Even their own, Vernids, as those, are now an open species)
Lastly, I believe they only take money since they do own a business and there'd be no use in using fake money/da points (And it takes forever to convert points to money via PayPal account and it wouldn't be as professional or efficient)

When using paypal to pay, it will automatically convert your currency! Just make sure that you send euros, and paypal will tell you how much it will cost in USD and deduct the USD amount from your account. Paypal handles transferring it to euros and sending it to the recipient on their end, so easy peasy for the payer!

Have a look on a currency converter, basically pay the equivalent using whichever currency it is that you have access to

I don't know how old you are, but you're always improving!
If you're still young, don't worry too much. anatomy, style, skill, all those things develope through practise.
Some grow faster than others, and sometimes growth stagnates, but everybody grows. That's how the brain works! you repeat something several times, you'll be able to perfect it!
So never stop drawing, and you'll get there!
When i feel like i'm 'stuck' on a certain skill level, i draw something entirely different. i've focussed so much on canines in the past, i started drawing humans.
I've learned a couple of things from that, and i feel like i've gotten better at canine's when i tried that out again! Maybe that'll help?
*also,, references help a lot! Study how the things you want to draw look, and once you understand that, you can bend that into your own style.

Also! Dragon-Princess1023 Β Seems you aren't putting your art in many groups, the case seems people just aren't buying your work 'cause they can't find it! I'm still trying to break through that, submit your art in Any groups that will take it and it'll begin to help. Even though the submission process is tedious.
Plus these prices are reasonable for the quality, and the fact they support them-self off it.
