This is quite good! ^__^ Even though there's no color, you chose well on the contrast between the black and white! I really like the hair and dress!
The only parts that I would tilt my head at would be I think that the nose is a bit off balanced and the hand seems a bit awkward but all in all, great job! ^__^

Lol, you're welcome, you deserve praise! ^__^ But since you mentioned the "-little- dot" lol, I examined closely at the bigger version and EUREKA! I have found it, lol. So, yep, it looks more natural now. Even though I have glasses, I must be going blind @_@ Or at least get new glasses lol.
