They are unable to heal themselves if they are in motion, thus this is usually performed over night during sleep. Upon settling down to rest, a circle of dark fire will surround them and initiate the healing process. Dark fire will flare up from within wounds to close them up and re-arrange bones gradually as needed. The fire surrounding Blair and the one patching up their wounds do feel warm to the touch, but produces no damage or light. Depending on the amount and severity of injuries it can take up a minimum of 2 turns for minor injuries, 4 for moderate injuries and 6 for fatal ones. Depending on the amount of injuries they may go onto the next tier and take longer to heal than usual (i.e: an overwhelming amount of minor injuries will take 4 turns instead of the usual 2). Fatal injuries cannot exceed the amount of 2 for them to remain alive long enough to heal themselves. This ability can be used while shifted and outside of it.

-Nox: The ability to shift into a full Nightmare Unicorn . While in this form, Blair gains a series of attributes (+1 defense, +1 offense, +1 stamina, +1 speed, +1 magic offense). Upon shifting, when Blair's hooves impact with anything (be it striking a target or simply taking steps to walk) hints of dark sparks or dark fire can be seen coming from them depending on the force applied. To come into contact with their hooves while shifted is similar to touching hot iron, and may cause first or second degree burns depending on for how long they are in contact.
-Grey lies: Blair is capable of telling apart ill intentions from sincere and honest ones. This is something they have no real control of and constantly active without mana cost. When a person is being manipulative or has nefarious ideals Blair will be able to see a dark purple smoke coming from the person's mouth (or where the mouth would be usualy), though this is only visible to Blair themselves. While it could be compared to a lie detector they are unable to tell apart white lies or trickery so long as they are performed with genuinely good intentions at heart. The dark smoke will also show regardless if the individual is trying to withhold something or outright admitting it.
-Vice: Blair's species feeds from negative thoughts or emotions of others surrounding them, particularly those associated with greed, lust and envy. While Blair can gain energy from consuming foods like most do, they have no need to rely on it if they have access to one or more sources of these emotions and thoughts. The stronger and more numerous the emotions or thoughts are the more 'filling' these will be to Blair, thus the frequency with which they need to 'feed' will be lessened. There is no need for them to avoid the sources after meeting their quota, since once they have reached their peak, they simply stop the 'absorption' by default. This a passive trait in their species that allows Blair to go on without eating if they feed this way once or twice a week, depending on the intensity of their feeding source (s).

If an enemy is too resistant and they believe there are low chances of defeating them, Blair will attempt to wear their opponent down enough for them to make a run for it. They are opportunistic and avoid putting their life on the line, thus unless given a good reason they may abandon others while they retreat to heal themselves up if heavily wounded. There may be times when they fight in their non-shifted form if their foe seems weak enough, and they will focus in using their legs for kicking or stomping.

Blair was born not too long before the Collapse began. Their father was never in the picture during their upbringing, and according to Blair's mother there was a chance their father would have perished around the time Blair was conceived, due to the strange reproductive nature of Blair's particular species as a whole and the fact he was never seen again. While she did her best to be a single mother for Blair it was a rather difficult task due to the Collapse unfolding around them while Blair was still young. Despite she was not terribly strong she was smart, clever and nimble, which proved to be the key factors for the survival of the two.

Her efforts for teaching Blair the ways of living on the edge and do whatever it took to stay alive were deeply ingrained into Blair and so once the Collapse came to a closing and Blair was old enough, the Unicorn decided to leave her side in order to make it easier for her to have better chances at making herself a more comfortable life, hopefully with a partner who would stay by her unlike their father did. Blair had learned how to hide, how to fight and how to keep themselves fed even if it meant having to consume less appetizing meals. Thankfully though, due to the particular traits of their species they found ways of going without food by sneaking around certain places or people when given the chance to.

Time went by and Blair managed to become comfortable enough with their unreliable lifestyle, even within undesirable areas since this was the way they had learned to get by. Unusual happenings and harsh circumstances came around them, and eventually did not phase them as much anymore. Because of this, they tried to find other ways to entertain themselves and roamed across Ruby and its surrounding outskirts.

At some point while visiting a shady area within Ruby, talks regarding Enhalo reached Blair's ears. After some consideration, they decided to try and enroll in Enhalo for the sake of giving their life a new turn. Perhaps the challenge of abiding to rules and a new setting would do well to amuse them?

Blair has seen plenty and experienced a fair amount of unusual events or at least many that could be considered 'exciting' or 'adrenaline rush' inducing to some. The underworld of drugs, prostitution and illegal activities overall became something to embrace, and so certain acts of cruelty pass through Blair as daily occurrences. Despite rarely partaking in such activities if ever, Blair is never one to judge those who do since these people keep them fed, though they may still be unnecessarily blunt and straight forward at times. They prefer to have multiple sources of entertainment rather than to stick to a group of selected companions, since their interactions with other people amuse them easily to help them fight back their apathy, yet they may still grow bored with ease depending on the person they are dealing with. Sometimes they are not the greatest ally and they might not be the worst enemy either, but they are still capable of holding grudges that will last for an eternity. Due to the odds of their longevity, they find it futile to forge very strong bonds as they are aware of the fact they could easily outlive most species and so attachments would be more of a burden than good. At times, they tend to view others in a black and white spectrum, labeling them either as relevant for feeding purposes and completely useless.

•Due to their species, Blair is ageless and unable to die from illness, however they may still be killed off and show symptoms of starvation. Their species is unable to reproduce unless one of their kind perishes first, following a cycle of 'life for a life'. When this requirement is met, the resulting offspring from the Unicorn will have no traits of other species involved if any. This happens in reverse as well, where if the requirement is not met then the resulting child or children will have no Unicorn triats and stick to the other species' genetics instead.
