Heh. xD Random inspiration with Natti's drawing which I love very much. xD (It's just so cute. :3)Making this my new ID.
I think the background turned out very nice. xD I did some cool effects. What do you guys think of it?

All I did was use the white paint brush tool and dragged it and made like an oval or circle, then used the smudge tool and smudged it and it made it look more like a cloud.

And they look amazing! I have yet to discover the way of making clouds. ...but I think I'm inspired to try now! 8D
