I really like this piece. I took a bunch of different pictures of this, but I liked these two the best! ^^I used some fake blood that I made myself. I think it looks a bit more realistic this time, so that makes me happy!
Anyway.. I took these pictures to portray a deep concept. But take it how you wish, I'd like to see what you think this piece means!

aww cool thankyou muchly hun it would have to be non toxic for some pics (emo blood pouring from mouth stuff lol) so ill find a source for non toxic blood but ill use your method for other pics cos it looks awesome ill keep you updated on how it goes.... thankyou

yeah.. for the non-toxic stuff maybe try something with food coloring... If you can different colors of food coloring to make it that dark, crimson red that would be perfect for the emo stuff!

how did you make that blood dude id love to be able to make that then i can do a whole new style of photos if you dont wanna tell me then ill understand but id really love it if you could... reply to this comment or pm watever works for you

actually... I was experimenting with making my own blood. I've tried a couple things, but here I mixed a bunch of crap together. I used water, some acrylic paint (i used crimson, brick red, some brown, and a tiny bit of yellow), some red water color paint, and (believe it or not) the ink from a red sharpie marker.
I also put a very slight filter on this piece which helped a bit in making the blood look real.
There are a lot of ways to make fake blood though.. the only advice i can give you is really think about the color, thickness, and slight transparency of blood and mix whatever you have that you could achieve that with. Keep trying new things until you perfect it. If that fails, then just save up your money and make a trip to a theatrical store to buy some stage blood. good luck, let me know if your result works.

This is hot, I absolutely love the concept. I like the top picture, something about the light makes the texture of the card and fake blood pop. Very cool.

It reminds me of these older mafia-men playing poker, having a good time when a present foe comes into -their- place and starts a fight, then it ends up disasterous with the original poker playing mafia men kicking some ass, slicing a few people, and eventually knocking over the poker table and getting blood over their cards. During some point the knife is thrown down or whatever.
