Description
So this is my anxiety bird. I was supposed to submit this to a local art showing, but decided that I wanted to keep this for my personal collection. The theme was creatures.

I wanted to use the skull of a fox, rather than that of a crow, because I like to think that I can cleverly get out of my anxiety. The bird, though, represents the flying/falling feeling that I get during an attack, similar to that of a bird flying through a storm. I wanted to make the bird look like it was composed of the galaxy, because anxiety is a universal and primal reaction to the world around us.
