I took the dragon girl from my mspaint dump and made a new oc, she is a good friend of Berry, yup the space in berry's bio is for her, eventhough Annie doesn't study in moster high anymore, she's an art teacher substitute in the school :3

I stil need to figure out the colors and stuff :3
btw, berry did Annie's cherry's tattoo it was berry's first time doing a tattoo :3
