I always play as an argonian..Whenever I hear racisim against them in front me, I imagine character is just like "Bruh...."

Be better if they fixed these detail issues. In Skyrim for example, Arcadia who owns the alchemy shop in Whiterun can say how "a hardy Nord like you doesn't need a cure all" even if you aren't playing as a Nord. Or why the guards will let you into Whiterun for the first time if your playing as a Kajit despite one of its citizens stating that no one wants them in the cities because nobody trusts them.

But the funny thing about the Countess Alessio is that she onlyΒ makes that statement to an Argonian player. Every other race she's pleasant around with when you first introduce yourself to her, but she flat out admits to an Argonian that she doesn't want them in Leywaiin. So the dialogue doesn't need to be fixed, because that was completely intentional on the writers' part, i.e. the Countess of Leyawiin is that much of a bitch.

This just in, games lack self-awareness. 
Still, you see this a lot in games with multiple playable races. There's just so much dialogue, so much writing, that goes into it. . .you have to expect some stuff will get missed.
On the downside, it ruins immersion. On the upside, I never get immersed anyway so it's just amusing instead.

But here's the thing: she only says that if the player is an Argonian. If you are any other race who meet her for the first time she says,Β "Welcome to Leyawiin. I am Alessia Caro, and I have the honor to be the wife of the Count, Marius Caro.". If you're an Argonian, her actual lines are,Β "I am Countess Alessia Caro, wife to Count Marius. I think Leyawiin would be better off if we removed all the dirty Argonians such as yourself. You wouldn't have a problem with that, would you?".
So in this case, it's not a bug or an instance where the writers didn't catch something odd. This was deliberate. And the Countess is that much of a bitch.

Good freaking question. I actually just remembered that lady just now, and only because I believe you steal a ring from her as part of the thieves' guild questline. I remember going through a torture chamber underground to sneak into the castle, since it let out right beside the lady's bedroom.

It's moments like that in games where I can usually just see my characters imagine how they casually start pouring out flammeble liquid all over the place and lightning it on fire before walking away like nothing happend xD

I once had my Argonian hid behind a pillar and tried to assassinate the Countess with an arrow, but unfortunately she's one of those important NPCs who can't die, just get knocked out for a bit. FortunatelyΒ though, she now has a massive glass arrow stuck in her arm for the entire game, lol.
