Description One of the homework to make a poster that needed to be done several months ago in my course. XD

Been thinking of getting rid of some of my clothes that I know I wont wear them again, but it's so hard!

Also thinking of making pokemon plushies out of those old clothes during the holidays,
guess I just need to plan and actually learn how to sew haha.

Anyone know much about sewing..??

Nice poster!
As a college student, I don't usually have the money to buy the latest videogames, which is why I often find myself replaying games.
... Or pouring ridiculous hours into Pokemon.

This is the reason I can't clean my room.

Β  truly cute, & carries a fun yet somewhat meaningful message to it.

love it! awesome imagery and great message too

....as to sewing tips; look it up on youtube...

the easiest way is to always remember to cut more fabric than you will need, and always fold the seams and sew them on the INSIDE!

Very cute!
I use my old clothes to make bracelets: wai-jing.deviantart.com/art/Ta…
Or you could donate them to charity, so people who need them can wear them and appreciate them - my sister works at a Red Cross store, I always give her the things that are too nice to cut up!

Making plushies out of old clothes is actually a really good idea! I never thought of doing that, but I'll try next time I clean out my closet

There seems to be a sort of "dissatisfaction culture" in the world today. People aren't satisfied with what they have, they always want more. But no matter how far they go, it's never enough because it's grounded in dissatisfaction, so that's all they find. I always make the most of what I have, and rarely spend money I don't have to.

I don't know anything about sewing, but that sounds like a great idea.

Yeah a lot of what you mention about dissatisfaction culture is the foundations of how to be happy in Buddhism. (By avoiding dissatisfaction) Apart from the vague familiarity that most people have about Buddha, are you familiar with his teachings? I'm not Buddhist, but its interesting stuff.

Not so much, or at least not in detail. But I think Buddhism has its merit, which I admire.
