Description A look at the less blocky framework I do these days, I now integrate a lot of soft foam into the hollow firm foam core.

A heavy wire rims the viewport so as to keep it from crumpling and it works to keep the head from sliding forward by resting on your chin.

A cooling fan is placed inside the head above the viewport to blow in fresh air, you can see the cord in the back, the cord detaches from the battery pack which is located in the body, this keeps the weight of the batteries out of the head.

The foam lip is a stand in to better gauge the overall head shape, the final version will be clay.

At some point i'm going to get a horse character from you. I'm just inlove with your horses and your foam work has improved so much on them. I remember way way back when they where more blocky but they didn't look bad even then.
