Huh?? But even if I accept that as fact (NEVER!!) I was talking about a little black and white sketchy one a day parody one panel comic. Parodies are, at their most basic, an imitation of another work done in such a way as to express a feeling or idea not meant to be expressed by the original work by its creators. In the case of simple humorous parodies who aren't out to prove much of anything its pretty much just Imitation + Exaggeration = Funny. You have succesfully done this before on many occasions.Β
You are very busy and this idea may not appeal. You have other started and unfinished projects as well. So this isn't to pressure you into doing anything. (just like the original comment was meant to be a one off cutesy quickie complement not a manipulation) I only replied because I couldn't let, "I'm not original enough" stand unchallenged.Β
Now I have successfully challenged it I am at peace. Β

I mean I'm not original enough to come up with new material EVERY DAY. ESPECAILLY WHen I'm stuck in a rut like this. Besides, I get the RAndy Thrandy Dwarf RAcist party dad thing from other internet dwellers. I take zero responsibility for that idea, I leached off of it. I can create characters and write their stories, but I don't have the fortitude to become a Funnies-style comic artist.
I know, you challenge me but not in a pressuring sort of way, which I appreciate greatly. It helps me keep at it.

Well "One a Day" is more of a name for a type of quickie one-shot comic than an actual rule anyway. Even the ones who try to follow it only do the work week leaving the weekend for a buffer. But if you did 3 days a week that would still qualify to most folks and if it was 2 a day it would still be of that "type". Sorry for making it sounds so daunting. (start with 1 a week and work your way up as you exercise that part of your brain? or not... )Β
