Hello, mind a bit of criticism? 

I'd like to start by saying that this art piece is cute in my opinion!
The character's colors blend well with the character you chose for the background.

But the thing that really stands out negatively is the anatomy. The character doesn't have hands, just
little stubs. It sort of reminds me of the Powerpuff Girls art style, which I am also not that fond of.
Also, the body and limbs are smaller than they should be. Keep in mind the shoulders should be wider than the head.

What I would mostly suggest for you is to look at photos of human figures (being how the character, though being an animal, has the body of a human.)
and use them as reference when drawing.

Keep in mind I hold nothing against you or your artwork, I am only trying to help you improve.

 P.S: why is this under mature content? There aren't any offensive themes, there isn't any blood, and there aren't any sexual themes.
When posting a deviation that doesn't have any of those, make sure the mature content option is marked as "no". Or else you won't get as many favorites on your artwork.
