I wore this at J-Popcon 2013, and it was the second time I had it on. I made it for a costume party, but spended a lot of money on it, and adore the character and film. I've always been fond of Swan Lake, and loved how it was reused in Black Swan. I analyzed the shadows of the character, Nina Sayers, together with the music and photographic mechanisms to death in a final school assignment. At first I was afraid that the over analyzing would kill the film, but it just opened my eyes to even more gorgeous aspects of the whole piece. It's an honor to have recreated something I admire this much.
