Description
My original character, Akemi, was created while I was in senior year in high school (1997/98). Though she was only drawn to be a side character for a manga that I wanted to write & draw back then (to which this day is on the back-burner), her image grew on me more and more as the years had gone by, mainly because I'd been projecting my inner frustrations with certain incidents, within her personality.

Her temperament switches from lady-like to full-blown rage in a split second, mainly if anyone or anyone offends her maliciously. She isn't one to turn a cheek and can become sadistic once she's set off. Akemi loves frilly things, rose-scented sweets and firearms.

I used Ran from Urusei Yatsura as her model base! Though I've never colored her back in my younger days, I imagined her having rose-red or pinkish red hair. Here I decided to give her auburn hair.

Funny thing: someone, at a local convention that I participated in back in September, told me that she saw something like this on Deviant. But I hadn't run into anything that looked like this, and I explained that I had just finished this a week before that very con. Any clues?
