I love the hair and the painted face. The light is very nicely reflected on her shoulders and back. The girl looks like part of a masquerade - the effect is extremely dramatic and mysterious. I like the carved texture - brings about a feel that the picture is old and aging, as if this picture was truly a reflection of the past.
However, I don't really agree with the bit of hair underneath her elbow. I believe this is purely subjective; I think with such a dramatic hairstyle like that, there is no need to divert attention away from it. The bit underneath takes away the appeal of the hair.
You might also want to add a bit of shadow where the wings are attached to her back. A little burning on the wings would also help avoiding the 'pasted on' look.

heh, I just did a poem by the same name, but it was nothing like this pretty photomanip/painting~ the wings look awesome! ^__^ And the aged look of the rock around her is great as well. Keep it up!
