For 's contest: [link]Here we have Dawn/Hikari from Pokemon as a Mermaid~! I tested new coloring techniques again. I think it turned out nicely in the end.
I messed around with the gradient tool to get bubbles!
I accidentally deleted the working file of this image, just when I was going to post a higher resolution...
In theory I can redo it though, I still have the dawn file atleast.WIP for the curious: [link]
I couldn't draw seashells at first. It was bad...
