This is a very well drawn one and coloring is good too. I wish you would color your pictures more often.

Color is good but without color can be as good in skilled hands...like yours.

Good colours, good shapes. My only criticism is the Lilo's skin doesn't seem tanned enough. Otherwise, it looks like you might be moving on to digital art (though I still am a supporter of traditional art).
I'm still pondering Lilo/Stitch. It's not as if the subject of love, even sexual intercourse, between human and extraterrestrial has gone unexplored in science-fiction. They even have a term for it, xenophilia (not to be confused with xenophobia or xenosexual). I find it a little bigoted from the part of L/S haters that they do not want to consider the notion of the frachise supporting this particular unconvenional subject. The fact is, the original movie caused quite a stir in how un-Disneylike it was. If the following series had focused more on this type of thing, most especially an unusual relationship between its two main characters, it would have been a downright brilliant second step forward for Disney, the first step having been given by the movie. To be fair, the series did do much of this, but kept stopping at the parts where it would have been a real innovation.
Because a Lilo/Stitch coupling is the coupling of two different elements that society dislikes to see coupled. If this had been explored in the series, it could have acted as a comment on more realistic "taboo couplings", such as homosexuality or "Harold & Maude" relationships. Lilo and Stitch are *ahem* queer *cough* enough for that kind of analogy. And Disney has explored highly mature themes before, like in "The Hunchback of Notre-Dame". Sadly, they felt there was no money in that kind of thing, which is why the series, though good, feels watered down in comparison to the first movie- it has ceased to break certain boundaries. Oh well, maybe next time. Shame, because despite the controversy, it may have made a great franchise into a landmark franchise. Though nobody likes to say so, people actually like children's fare with very adult social commentary (think about "Shrek" or "The Secret of Nimh").

Dang, I had kind of noticed that too: Lilo's skin not being tanned enough. I don't know how to choose colors that well yet, but I hope I'll learn to... and most likely, I won't be moving on to digital art. I still have a lot to learn about the programs I've got to color and draw, so I'll keep working with the traditional art.
Now that you mention it, I've never read a human/alien story (out of Lilo/Stitch, of course). I had never realized of it, but now that you mention it, it's true. And again, the Lilo/Stitch haters. Disney had been throwing many hints of their friendship being something that would soon turn into something more, so I don't really get it when they start trying to deny all of those "signs" when they're so obvious. I understand that not everybody will like the pairing, but denying it is kind of a silly thing to do when even Disney seemed for a second to support this coupling.

LOL, I've got a lot of VHS tapes at home too. Lilo & Stitch was one of the first Disney movies I got in DVD. What aren't they selling it in DVD in some mall or something?
