Remember this pic? Well, I decided to play around with it on Photoshop just to see how it'd turn out. Pretty obvious it's my first time using the program, right? Uhh, well, I hope to submit some more colored pics later (dunno when, though).Ughh, the shadows suck

I think you did a mighty fine job coloring this pic.
The colors are good and inking has been done well. And Lilo is as adorable as ever.

it is quite easy theres so many brushes like um chameleon and alien liquid , crayon, toothpaste

I remember this scene so well (except that she is in her turqoise nightie). The more babylike Lilo looks, the cuter she is, so well done in that department! Hair highlighting is top-notch, something that is hard to do on Lilo.
