Uhm...well...I don't know what I was thinking when I drew this, but... just a quickie.Hey! Today I've finished the last book of the Bartimaeus trilogy and - kinda spoiler! - it made me cry.
I didn't find much fanart here on DA. Well, maybe I'll submit some more...

Yes! I just finished rereading GE and PG last night, I forgot how awesome the books were! I am having such a crazy post-book hangover right now...I have the itch to do fanart!

I was just kind of sad at the end of the last book...there was this whole "Kitty and Nathaniel might end up being a couple even though Nat was a bit of a dick when he got into a Government position" thing going on, and then...well, you know what happened...

It's that scene from the end of Amulet of Samarkand right? I loved it! Bart was so funny, and he's super cute in your style 
And I didn't know it's out in Russian! I better buy it for my mom! I couldn't wait, I bought the whole trilogy in English XD I cried so much at the ending T.T but I still think it was perfect

I always prefer reading in the original language rather then translations, all the jokes are funnier and the author's touch is more visible

I just didn't have any ability to read it in English, but it was translated in Russian, so why won't I read it in my mother language?.. well, I mean the translation could be worse, so I'm pretty happy it isn't really. It's nice, that's why I'm happy. But I'd love to read it in the original language one day!
Sometimes I translate my comics in English, but usually I'm too lazy...
well, e.g. I put here my last comic in Russian and I'm actually a lil bit sorry about that,because almost nobody can understand it... so I decided to translate it anyway, when I will colour it (and I will %)).

Russian is my first language too, but I suck at that O.o because we moved to Israel when I was four, then I discovered the internet and English came pretty easy for me so I though, what the heck?

Awesome series. The first book is actually my favorite book ever written. I've read it hundreds of times so far. So I was all smiling when I saw this fan art. There isn't much fan art on DA, which is such a shame. It was a great series. Sad at the ending, but still original and good.
Nice sketch, though. Gotta love Bartimaeus's evil smiling expression. It's so perfect for him. More, please!

да я вообще как бы книжек еще шесть лет назад начитался. ) теперь только интернет и кино. я это так, по жанровым предпочтениям..
хотя даже хоббитов с кольцами может бы почитал сейчас, если б на английском отыскал. ^^
