Appearance > Leviathan is a very tall but solid mix of Seawing and Leafwing, with massive wings, a well muscled and largely scaled body, and impressive fins running down the length of their body. These large wings are a seafoam green with darker, leaf-like veins running through the membrane and sharp claws extending from the fingers. The scales on his body are a mix of blues and greens, with a pale teal running along the length of some and golden yellow glowscales that cast a lemon tinted glow when lit. The fins along their spine, chest, and tail are large and flexible, the spines tipped with orange and the membrane resembling a near opaque glass in a light sky blue color. Leviathan has smaller, razor sharp teeth along the inside of his mouth and striking crimson eyes.

Breathes underwater just as easily as air. Cannot breathe in polluted/unclean water, but is perfectly fine in both salt and freshwater regardless of depth or temperature.

EDUCATION/TRAINING >

》One of the very few things Thresher taught Leviathan was how to fight. She made them do so without a weapon, teaching them talon to talon combat and showing them all of the odd and shady moves he could use to gain an upper hand in a fight. Because of this, Leviathan is quite capable of taking another dragon on in a fight and frequently spends time practicing these skills.

》Hatched with leafspeak, Leviathan began learning botany at a young age due to Redwood's influence. Redwood would often pull Leviathan aside in secret for lessons on plants, whether they were simple explanations based on a drawing or a demonstration of what the plant looked and felt like. Leviathan also picked up a fair bit of knowledge on the subject just through interactions with plants.

》Leviathan always took an interest in Marine Biology from a young age, endlessly curious about the creatures of the sea and asking way too many questions. Once he was moved to the Sea Kingdom with Thresher, Leviathan began searching for dragons who would be willing to teach him, offering anything he had in exchange for knowledge. Over time, he got better and better, learning more about how marine creatures react with each other and evolve to create their own ecosystems, and when he arrived at Mezzo he spent even more time researching the subject until he was confident he could use what he knew to find a job.

》Due to Thresher’s actions in his early life, Leviathan was taught the basics of First Aid by his father to ensure he would always be able to patch up his wounds if anything had gone wrong. Redwood also tied this back to Leviathan’s leafspeak skills, teaching him medicinal plants alongside things like how to stop bleeding or create a tourniquet.

》While Leviathan didn’t receive much of an official education, Redwood took a lot of time to teach them as much as he could remember when it came to reading, writing, math and more. Leviathan always loved learning, and would often write his own books or create his own math problems to entertain himself. Any information he found out he was lacking, they caught up on while on Mezzo to ensure they didn’t look strange for not having a proper education.

The carvings on the dagger resemble sharks swimming through rough waves, and the dagger itself is well taken care of and extremely durable. It is bound in a black sheath and is tied to Leviathan’s left leg for easy access.
