Ok first i am going to tell you to watch this video so you can set up the right ways to get a new brush! Skip the photoshop part i didn't use that!

So you need to draw a pattern of grass on the first layer that will be your brush. I will show you what my brush looks like on a stand alone layer and how to draw the grass to make it look better!
I used the G-Pen brush copy to make my new grass brush! And you can adjust to opacity to make the grass light and dark to adjust to backgrounds! I hope this makes some sense. The video is how i learned! And i just filled in some pieces. The more you use the brush the better it gets my didn't look to great at first and you may need to make a few to find the right one!
