I'm not sure there is a link for just the single wallpaper. I've found most of his wallpapers in packages.

I sorta agree, i only ever changed the top and bottom icons to try and match the colors or everything else. I've since hidden the dock while testing.

I like this one even more than the other, only thing is (don't know if you've already tried this) I would vary the text and background color more but, maybe it looks better this way, either way it looks great!

For me it depends on the wallpaper, but you can always change the colors to your liking.
