KILLALLZIMEEEEEE was wondering how I did the light and glowy effects on this picture, so I threw together a little tutorial!Note that I didn't know what I was doing half of the time with this lmao, but this is how it ended up looking that way ;w;
Before I started with the light effects I shaded the background and characters with purple and pink colours on a multiply layer.
I realize this is really messy, so if anything's unclear, don't hesitate to ask.
Also if there's anything you think I can help you with, just ask away

Oh I think he learned his lesson. He's been nice since. He even got me a literature book for me in class. Nice to know what can happen when we all see eye-to-eye, heart-to-heart. I learned he could be a really good kid when his friends aren't around
