Another hit-and-miss attempt to design an OC! It went better than the last time this happened; I got to practice techniques and get a better idea of what I wanted. Attempt two is going swimmingly, and is a bit too similar to this one for me to put it to any use. So, if someone out there would like it, they can have it!
I put a lot of TLC into it, so it's gonna cost more than I would otherwise ask for. The fin ending in curly frills was absolutely maddening and took forever; I originally intended for there to be two of them, one on each side of the smooth-edged purple fin, but I couldn't convince myself to go through with that much more work, lol
