Not mine work, but the original promotional photo.. In some pics he has got such a painful, honest eyeview, which makes me feel a little bit sad. It´s just because of the way he do watch..

Hell yes.. but nowadays I´ve sometimes got a feeling his eyeview looses a lot of past enchantment, maybe because he seems to be more arrogant owing to neverending and still growing praise.
Nevertheless I know it´s always very very difficult to stay strong and ´pure´ with all the fame. But that´s just a feeling. What do you think?

Well, maybe it`s because of his personal development(about "looses a lot of past enchantment")! It`s a normal process... he is changing as any person! He lost the innocence in his look, but he acquired something another... maybe expirience, maturity and even tiredness! It`s just life.. And Nightwish`s music changes too! Because Tuomas changes!
You know, yeah, it`s a serious problem of famous people! That they become arrogant and snobbish!
But as for Tuomas, I think, he was and is always pure and frank person! In his songs he constantly reveals his soul, bares his thoughts! It`s the one of the best moments in creativity! And it`s not surprisingly that he is proud of himself and proud of Nightwish!
And he is not ashamed to show it!

Noo, it´s not too emotional or obscure at all! You´re right and I understand everything you wanted to say..
Sometimes I just have such a sad feeling about Nightwish´ past years, when they (and so Tuomas) were all angelic somehow and it showed through them with every step they took.
As time passes by we loose and gain so many thoughts, feelings, experiences,.. and it all creates everything in our life.
For sure he´s proud of Nightwish and he has a really big reason for it! As he once said, Nightwish is not only an ordinary music band, it´s a lifestyle. Enchanting world and eternal voyage through different fantasies, I think..

I love this quotation of Tuomas:
"A band should never be a prisoner of a format. You always need to follow your heart in what you want to do, otherwise you'll end up being a whore. Nightwish is not a music style, it's 5 people who do the kind of music they want, the way they want, with the tools they have.
Selfish, but honest" - it`s really great!
Don`t be sad I think new album will bring us new feelings, new fantasies! Hard period of time in their history passed! And of course it`ll have an influence on music too!
By the way, we have old magic albums!
