well I'm not good in finding any bad things in your art and I can't tell you anything to help you improve because this is one of the artworks I think, that are perfect.
The light effects in the window, the table, the complete background is amazing.

Shampoo is usually a very nimble character (cat). SHe can serve a dozen bowls of ramen without spilling a drop.
From the expression on her face, I would think that she is in the act of being surprised and caught in the moment.
